The different rooms/cottages were spread around a lovely green garden full of flowers and the pools were beautifully laid out. BBQ for 2 in the garden is very romantic (but a lot of food!), you have to book food in advance. You can rent a motorbike to visit Ba Vi National park or relax in the garden and pools and cuddle the dogs.

Crean and new with fabulous views of the mountains and national park. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was to much trouble. We hired a motorbike off them and went exploring. Lovely welcoming family. Great to escape the chaos of Hanoi. 100% recommend .

I suppose the spa bath was the only good thing about the hotel, swimming pool was empty and room was flaking at all corners, the tv wasn't present on arrival but did come eventually only to show 2 channels, no food or motorbike rental was available at hotel, the buses 74 and 107 from hanoi to ba vi was pretty easy, with a taxi ride from ba vi to hotel costing 80.000vnd
