Nothing was interesting, we had to use a very dirty kitchen...
Nothing was interesting, we had to use a very dirty kitchen which was not functional and not loaded with cutlery, plates, pots e.t.c fridge in the bedroom was not working actually nothing was on standard that one will normally find if booked an accommodation. The pools were dirty, the grass not cut and all the shades were taken to picnic side on the 1st of January so the guests were left to sort themselves out when you needed to sit outside. No convenience store on-site. No reception or service desk for assistance.

The hosts and beds were great.
The hosts and beds were great. The two rooms we had were beautiful, clean and comfortable, but had no windows. We had to sleep with the doors open, but with security gates. I felt very safe on the property. Around the house there seems to be a lot of scrap which is a bit of an eyesore and the house needs a bit of mainatainance to its ceilings in the one room and outside areas. Something the Guesthouse has no contol over is the lack of shops and restaurants in the area, BUT the hosts gave us full access to the kitchen and house. Take your own food and drink and you will be fine. The host's friendlyness really made us feel welcome and I would recommend the guesthouse to any traveller going the the Tswaing Crater.
