If you want to avoid East London on the N2 then King is a very good place to stop. Very lovely historic buildings, so good shopping centres but appalling signage: we battled to find the mall, the PnP, and places to eat. When we found Nandos we were extremely impressed with the restuarant, our very reasonable and delicious supper and free wifi.

I liked the location of the guest house as it is close to a lot of amenities. It is hone away from home. The owner and staff are very friendly and very helpful. The owner himself welcomed us and recommended a carwash
