The place is beautiful, a little far from the small town of Itacare but perfect if you wish for a quiet place to rest and be in touch with the nature. I loved the openess, the wood and bamboo design and feel, the rumors of nature all around, the sense of freedom, the smell of green, the wind blowing during the night.

It's a perfect place, very cosy, quiet, surrounded by nature and a beautiful garden. It's also in a good location near all the beaches and the main street. Javi hosted us very well, showing us the best beaches, all the information we needed and places to go. Thanks so much for your help we loved our trip so much that we decided to stay an extra day!

Good WiFi, Spacious two-floor apartment; however, the first floor lacks air conditioning, relying on a fan. The second floor has a comfortable bed with AC. The decor is minimalistic, but cleanliness is an issue. The sofa appeared unclean with visible marks, and the bed sheets had hair and a 2 bloodstain. Upon check-in, I reported a water leak in the kitchen and a broken curtain in the bedroom, but these issues remained unresolved

The house was absolutely perfect. Situated in the midst of the Atlantic Rain Forest and a sea of green with wildlife in abundance especially the wild tamarins that were delightful. The beds and bed linens were of very high quality unlike so many other rentals I have been to which made sleeping a dream along with the a/c. The house sits between 2 of the most gorgeous beaches in the area and each was like having our own private beach with the beach club at São José making our days perfect with their amazing food and service for a price. Wilson, the owner was super attentive and responded to any questions immediately and it showed the care and concern for each of us while we were there. Upon our arrival from São Paulo, which was delayed due to heavy rain etc we were kindly greeted at the gate of the condominium by Leo, his house manager who led us to the house the route of which would have been a bit confusing if we had to find it on our own in the dark for the first time. The house was immaculate and obviously extremely well-tended with beautiful flowers all around. The attention to detail showed how much Wilson cares for his guests. The kitchen was well equipped for those nights when you’d rather stay home and had pretty much everything you could need to make a nice meal. I can’t recommend this lovely house enough for someone looking for a peaceful respite within walking distance to the beach. A car is a necessity however if you intend to go into town or to visit the other beaches in the area. I will definitely be returning for another visit!

The property is spacious and has an amazing view of the river which is beautiful! It is very airy and no need for air conditioning.
