The house was absolutely lovely. Clean and tidy. Bedrooms were very nice, comfortable beds and a good sized bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

This lovely house is in a good position for local facilities, walks and places to visit. The house is beautifully furnished with some delightful additional touches, including artworks. Outside, there's plenty of romping ground for children, (and adults!) and inside the are books that cover a range of interests, plus various games to play in the evenings and on wet days. The beds are very comfortable, and the spacious master suite has a balcony with great views, which can also be seen from the kitchen and the outside seating area. The kitchen diner is a great family space with good quality appliances, and was a joy too cook and eat in. The lounge has a great tv and also includes an in-tune piano - such fun! There's also a small lounge next to the kitchen. It's a great place to stay and we have no hesitation in recommending it. The instructions for finding the property were very clear, but we approached from the opposite direction and the addition of a 'Greenfields' sign on the roadside would have been very helpful. Amazing property, much bigger than it seemed in the photos, clean and fresh with a wonderful homely kitchen, massive comfy couch, lovely comfy beds, great shower, thoughtful touches like spare toiletries, incredibly helpful, friendly hosts who baked us a cake and left cookies 🥹 friendly farm dog who knew not to come inside but came to the doorway and lay there looking very cute. Not far from lovely market villages with some great little shops or a co-op nearby. Beautiful light location with Dartmoor easily accessible. It was exactly the oasis of peace and calm that we so needed. Thanks for facilitating a wonderful weekend for us.

The house as close to where we needed to be and was a better option than booking a hotel for us and our grown up childen attending a Wedding. Beds were very comfortable and the place was clean and tidy with everything we needed in the kitchen for the meals we ate in while we stayed. Close to Exeter.
