Great location, just 2 minutes walking to the sea garden and about 10 from the beach. Many places to eat at walking distance. A great plus is the garage. The cozy house itself was nice with small yard with barbecue and comfortable furniture. Personally I enjoyed reading on the leather sofa on the first floor as the room was cool in the hot weather. All necessities were there: free WiFi, coffee maker, microwave oven, washer dryer and so on. The host was easy to communicate with and even prepared welcome gifts for us.
