It is one of the most beautiful settings we have ever stayed in. I cannot wait to go back and would recommend these cabañas to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Panguipulli. The communal living room with fireplace was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the heat and conversation with other guests and the meals were fabulous including locally sourced trout. The rooms were very comfy, quiet and warm. We travelled with three children and they made sure we had interconnecting rooms. The hotel location is fabulous to access Huilo Huilo and Puerto Fuy. The staff is very very friendly and super accommodating. The hotel is close enough to the centre of the city, but not so much that you run into people all the time, and if you are travelling by car you are right next to the highway that takes you to the lakes. The staff allowed us to check in much earlier and even gave us breakfast upon arrival! The lounge is very comfortable and they play good music!
