Excellent facilities and cleanliness. View over the harbour towards the mountains provide beautiful sunsets. Agaete quieter and more authentic than the South Island mass tourist resorts. Good seafood restaurants and good local Spar shops with large supermarkets 5km drive away. Friendly host provided good communication. Stopped for 2 weeks and host arranged for towels, bed linen and villa cleaning after 1st week; which showed good attention to what is important.

Perfect location with great view. Outdoor kitchen was nice and the pool also. Carlota does a good job maintaining the whole garden and house. On weekdays she is there in the morning. Superfast wifi inside the house and by the pool.

The pool area is comfortable, lovely to lie on the loungers under the orange trees with the scent of blossom. The staff are charming. The water is hot, the room (2) large and airy.
