And of course the terrace. Can not say that the scenery is much spectacular, but it's not an issue when you have a good company. The beach is 2-3 minutes walk. Mercadona supermarket is 3 minutes drive.

Some disturbance from building work going on in the apartment below but that apart would have been perfect so I would definitely recommend it hoping that there is no building work during your stay.
