Really exceptional villa, modern, well equipped, nice decorated into the very small details, weather was cold, so we couldn't use the swimming pool, but it is amazingly located. The view from the leaving room and balcony is just astonishing. The host answered very fast and always positively for any of our requests. This is quite simply the perfect location to disconnect and enjoy some time off. I booked the house in November and could still enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the sun, with amazing views over the Mediterranean and the medieval village of Èze. The host was amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Simply superb. The house itself is equipped with all you can reasonable need and the advertised photos really represent a very fair picture of the accommodation. The best testament to my appreciation of this house, is that I have immediately booked again for next spring.

Fantastic views and everything we needed at this charming self-contained studio apartment. It felt secluded, but was in the heart of Eze village, with restaurants and shops a few moments' walk away, and the path up through the old village to the Exotic Gardens at the top. We travelled from the UK by train to Nice and took the bus to Eze; there are also buses to Eze beach and elsewhere, eg Monaco, and the bus stops are just at the top of the driveway. There are beautiful walks up or down the hill, but it's very steep, so you need good footwear and plenty of water - the views are worth it! The helpful hosts live downstairs and will suggest places to eat, etc, and be evident or not as you choose.
