Lovely Clean Property finishing touches like sanitary products in the bathroom, tea and coffee available, fresh milk in the fridge and fresh flowers were lovely. I especially like the little dog blankets washed and folded in baskets. Would highly recommend

This outstanding cottage is a dream to be in. We visited for the first time last year for a family wedding then booked for a weeks holiday which we have just had. Everything about this cottage is comfort,, luxury ,top class and very homely. The snug on the landing was my little haven in the morning as the sun shone through. The cream tea welcome pack alongside a pint of milk, tea and coffee are touches that truly stand out. Fabulous!!! Thank you

Super simple to get keys, with an extra key inside the property, meaning we could leave one in lock box incase of emergency. Property was clean, and comfy. Plenty of room for the children play and a good variety or board games.

Short drive to Teignmouth and ferry to Shaldon. Owner always available and very hospitable Cream tea left for us on arrival. Delicious. Cottage was very cosy and comfortable and very well equipped. Off street parking was a definite advantage as parking in Dawlish is very difficult. We couldn’t get the CD player to work but that wasn’t a massive problem.
