Very nice, everything was functional, there is a nearby big supermarket and short walk distance to breakfast/brunch restaurant. Overall it was a good value for our money. There is street parking. We came in late evening after a festival nearby and had informed the host who prepared the sofa bed for us.

Excellent location. Very homely. Spotlessly clean. The birds in the gardens and the Deer walking across the lawn as we ate our breakfast made our day. Highly recommend Ace Lodge as a place to stay. The Fish and Eels pub/ restaurant situated on the canal that is just a short drive away is a beautiful place to sit and relax. Our host Rashmi went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We cannot thank her enough. We will be back

The cottage had everything we needed (even my grandma’s special needs were met), very well equipped, clean and super cozy. The surroundings were beautiful, calm and peaceful, there was cute dogs and cats and chicken- so lovely. The host was so sweet and welcoming. We felt at home from the first day on.
