Between Spalding and Market Deeping, St Nicholas House is an 18th-century manor house in the Lincolnshire countryside. A popular setting for corporate functions, it offers en-suite accommodation with free parking and WiFi.

Breakfast was lovely. Paul seems to really enjoy cooking up a good start to your day and his lady wife and granddaughter were super helpful and pleasant. The diningroom is spectacular! Make sure you check out the plasterwork in the ceiling! We loved our room. It was huge and the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was massive. Good water pressure in the shower. The view overlooking the garden was great to wake up to. That and Pepsi the big black lab. But the best thing was the location. It was easy access to everything we wanted to see plus. a handy petrol station just up the road. Lots of on-site parking and the entrance is well marked so there's no trouble finding the place in the dark.

The place is very clean, and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. The communication was great and super easy and the host was very hospitable. The whole place made us feel at ease. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located, near shops and a children 's park close by. Would absolutely recommend staying there when in Spalding.

I don't usually leave reviews, but after staying at Sunrise stable, I felt I had to write one. The place is really nice and located in really great and relaxing area. The comfort and cleanliness was 10/10. I was attending University study week at Holbeach campus and usually would get for a hotel but I am so glad I did not. Regardless of if you are on business trip or holiday break, I highly recommend Sunrise stable! I really don't know why would someone choose hotel over this.

The property is very new and clean. It’s completely private and very comfortable. The host is lovely, she made sure we had everything we needed and left us to enjoy our evening. There are many take away choices close by. We used Just Eat to deliver pizza from Dominos. The garden log burner and hot tub are a great addition for a very chilled out evening.

The place is beautiful and the surrounding countryside was lovely. They offerered a vegetarian breakfast which was quite good and there was a pool and hot tub that, if we were staying longer, would have been amazing. The shower was really good and a good size. And having a relatively new TV in the room was monumental as it meant I could wirelessly project my phone to it and play movies on Netflix/prime.
