The best assets of the hotel are the staff who were just fantastic. It was like we were house guests. In addition the breakfasts were great , as were the cocktails at the rooftop bar.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, beautifully designed and decorated, and also exudes a strong sense of cosiness and warmth. Lucile, one of the hotel managers, took such good care of us - almost as if she was welcoming us in her own home. We enjoyed some lovely drinks on the rooftop followed by a candlelit dinner on one of the many charming terraces, feasting on fresh fish with local creole sauce - a big treat. Our only regret is that we were not able to stay longer!

The room was comfortable and well provisioned, though we spent most of the time on the deck enjoying the hummingbirds coming to feed and the cats (and at night the raccoons) that would drop by.MarkYoung couple
