Fantastic villa and a lovely host! The house is newly built with three very comfortable bedrooms with plenty of storage, a massive living + dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. The view from the pool is gorgeous and pictures simply don't do it justice. Angeliki was a lovely host helping us with recommendations in Kefalonia, and accommodating our needs. Her brother kindly helped us with the barbeque and went on to cook us the full meal! We look forward to coming back again! Would recommend having a car as the road to the villa is a good incline and it lets you get around the island properly.

It has a very nice terrace and parking is available inside property. The house is closed to the most important tourist attractions on the island. Spiros, the owner, is a wonderful host, and helped us wih everything we need. Their homemade portokalopita was the best.

Excellent location in Agia Effemia, brilliant base to explore the island. The villa was perfect for our needs, very clean, very comfortable beds and great to have good air conditioning throughout. The washing machine came in handy as well. The garden was lovely to have, plenty of shade and outdoor seating space to relax. The off road parking was very useful and made it a much more enjoyable without worrying where to park the hire car.

a lovely way to experience a beautiful Greek home and wonderful Greek hospitality. The location, just a ten minute walk from the harbour is simply stunning. A gorgeous view and surrounded by beautiful flowers and butterflies. Efficient air conditioning for the hot days and Hara was the most attentive host we could have wished for. The kitchen was great and the beds comfortable. Lots of outside furniture so you could find a spot to suit whatever time of day.

Everything about this property is excellent. It has a great view from the balcony. All the restaurants, shops and supermarket were 2-3 mins away walking. The house was spotless and fridge was full with goodies that the local supermarket “Stamoulis” provided.

The bathroom was ok, the kitchen was semi equiped.located in a small village with seceral restaurants and supermarkets, a small marina, a couple of boat rentals and nothing more, the place kinda resembles the village. Beautiful flowers in the front makes it really cozy and romantic. The staff kindly waited for us to arrive, as we were way past our arrival time, due to a car malfunction.

The town has everything you need - bars, restaurants, beaches and supermarkets. There was air con in the lounge and the bedroom. Handy washing machine and a good balcony.
