By far this is one of the best accommodations I have rented in recent years. The host George is a hospitable, friendly and helpful gentleman. The first thing that is worth mentioning is the kindness and warmth of both Lydia, who was our contact person, and the home owner, who welcomed us upon the arrival. The house actually felt a lot like home away from home. It is aquiped thoughtfully with anything one might need for smooth, comfortable and relaxing vacation. It looked exactly like in the pictures and exceeded the expectations greatly in regards to proximity to the beach, terrace view and comfort. We also enjoyed the location. Beautiful beach at the doorstep. We loved the peace and quietness in the early mornings. Short walking distance to grocery store and taverns. Otherwise we comuted with the car so everything was easily accessible. Thank you for a great base to a great vacation.

This was an amazing stay! The hosts were so kind, they welcomed us to the apartment and even made us muffins! (Which were delicious) Our apartment was brand new, beautifully styled and super comfortable. Everything was clean and the views from the apartment were stunning. It exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be staying there again!

What an excellent choice. Our expectations were pretty high but they were more than exceeded!!! Thanks Loukas If you have a car or a bike, the location is fantastic, very calm but only 15 minutes drive to the capital, and really close to the beaches of Perissa and Perivolos. Ample parking space and a two minute walk to a supermarket to stock up on necessities. Having said that, the house is super well equipped and you will need very little! thank you Loukas once again !!! The guests are super attentive and care about your well being. The villas are superb, with a stunning terrace and very nice pool and jacuzzi. The decoration is very well cared for in every detail, the quality of the wifi is excellent, the beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly and the bathrooms are very spacious and well equipped. Thank you for a fantastic stay in such a high quality place! we loved it !

We got a room with the pool view. Host was extremely friendly and helpful, went out of her way to provide us with the best experience possible. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. It had a great view of the pool and some scenery. Food, drink and essentials were provided for which was excellent. villa is near the black beach and a couple amazing bars , tranquillo in particular. Easy routes to get to Fira or Oia. Cats were cute by clingy
