Only 2 persons were managing this whole villa. They cooked breakfast Lunch dinner by themselves. All the 3 were very tasty. I will recommend everyone going to Ooty or Coonoor to stay here. Their behaviour was so gentle. Never spoke any unwanted things. Never been in a such a phenomenal home stay. Me and my entire family enjoyed the stay. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Spacious two bedroom with a compact kitchen and living area. The host was very cool and understood my requirement, if you can tell him the purpose of visit then he makes arrangements accordingly. Place was very near to the coonoor station and the markets are near by walkable distance where you will get autos and cabs easily... rooms were spacious and clean... totally worth it..

Excellent location, wonderful view and very good homely food. The caretaker/cook is an excellent host. Was travelling with kids and elderly. And she took special care to make sure they felt at home. The owner is constantly in touch to make sure you are comfortable.

Exceptional property and mesmerizingly beautiful location, tucked in between tea estates and forest all around! It really deserves its name - 'Green Pastures'. The road leading to the property is even more beautiful! (Ooty to Kunnakombai), with lush green tea estates, valley views, villages and hamlets all the way. If you are planning a trip to Ooty you must go on this road even if you don't stay in this property. Otherwise you haven't seen the real Nilgiris. The villa has been meticulously decorated and appointed with classy wooden furniture all the way from Jaipur. It has everything you can imagine - a fully fenced lovely lawn+garden for your pet, a fireplace, fully appointed kitchen with a full sized oven + microwave and even an ice machine! It is very conveniently built for older guests for accessibility as well - both the ground floor and first floor are accessible by car, without having to climb the stairway. Moreover the property has been rightly priced - not less and not more, as of May 2022, and we hope it stays that way. The caretaker and cook Mani as well as other staff (mostly locals) are very polite, diligent and responsive. The property is surrounded by beautiful tea estate where you can go for a stroll with breathtaking views. The pictures posts don't do justice at all! There are 3-4 villas/houses in the property with a common restaurant for breakfast, plus a lawn for playing games.

You are really in the countryside with tea plantations all around and the views from the garden are wonderful. You can go for a walk in the countryside very easily from here. We had a large well furnished bedroom with a separate lounge. The staff looked after us very well and the chef prepared some lovely meals for us. The building is old and does require some maintenance in places, but I understand that is happening very soon.
