Upon arriving the Pisa airport we were at the house in 25 minutes where Gianni was waiting for us. He was responsive and always communicated with us via WhatsApp. He showed us the house and how everything worked. When we walked in we were greeted with a bottle of wine and olive oil, as well as a bowl of fresh fruit and a pastry cake that was outstanding, and proved to be helpful for the next morning. The house is very comfortable and well laid out. We loved having a washing machine available as well as a very well equipped kitchen. Having a private fenced in yard was also a bonus. The area is very quiet and you could walk to a small supermarket and the best wood fired pizza. gianni gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants, and anything else we had questions about he was always available. His English is perfect so there was no language barrier. If I could get more than 10 stars, I would.

There is enough space for 2 cars to park and if u like to cook as we did there is a huge kitchen as well:D Thank u Davide for the super spontaneously accommodation we really liked to be at yours and wanna return soon. :D

large family house. well equipped for a family holiday. close to everything. lots of outside space. air conditioning was a bonus as it was extremely hot. the basement is used as a very large family room which was perfect for my daughter and her husband and the 2 grandchildren as it is very cool. we had a fantastic welcome from Beatrice and she was extremely helpful and gave us lots of information. Her English was 100%.

The two ladies that worked the front of house were so lovely. They just made your stay so comfortable with their kindness and helpfulness. I would recommend this place especially because of them. The location is also a short walk from the beach. Breakfast is great. The free bikes is a great bonus.
