Wonderful stay. Welcome and hosting was superb. Lovely breakfast on a terrace with knock-out views. Beautiful and tranquil garden (but don't ask about the mosquitos..!). A bit out of Stresa so you def need a car but there is ample parking. Lovely to have a cat on the premises, too! Really would recommend.

This cosy 2-bedroom apartment was very comfortable, clean and secure. It had a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine and all the necessary conveniences for a longer stay. There is a lift, which is super convenient. The apartment is located right in the center with shops and eateries just outside the doorstep. The host was lovely too and very prompt in communication.

Central location in Stresa, ferry and bus stops and restaurants are within 100 meter. The hostess is very friendly and accomodated a earlier checkin. She also reached out to see how things were going and we could leave the baggage as we had a late bus to catch which we appreciated. There is an outdoor patio where you can catch the sun in the afternoon. Despite being close to the centre it is a quiet location which is a big plus as well.

Monica was a fabulous host - always helpful and on arrival we found a good selection of food in the fridge for us to enjoy. We were also brought lovely tomatoes from Monica's garden which were much enjoyed with the excellnt quality olive oil provided The house is furnished with everything we needed, including a helpful area file. It really felt like a home furnished with love rather than just a holiday home run as a business. We would recommend staying here , Monica went above and beyond of what you might expect from a host. Also in addition to the well equipped house the views of the lake from the garden and balcony are stunning.

The hotel was close by the attracrions and restaurants, but still nice and quiet. The staff was just great - so friendly and helpful. Not the largest hotel, but it cozy and charming. The Italian brekfast was plenty enough for us - fresh, tasty and good value. We will come back.

It was very calm and relaxing and you can see a glance of the lake from the balcony. They even supplied milk and breakfast. It’s just a short drive to all the action and there are also some amazing restaurants with epic views in the area.
