- The location is great. Just only 5-6 mins walk from Kyoto station. And only 2 mins from villa kotone to Aeon mall which there are lots of restaurant and big supermarket. - Staff is nice and very supportive. As there's an accident (I lost my wallet at Nagoya) on my first day of the trip. I could not met him to get a key on time. We check in quite late at night. Jame san also come to see us at night to advise on everything and also explain on all lighting and electornics stuff work. - I like living and dining area which we can common use with our family. play game, chat. If you travel with family. this place is a perfect choice for you. - I stay here for 6 nights. Total 5 persons with 2 kids.

Very good location, the host is very helpful and kind! Two different station are very close, walking distance from the house, as well as delicious restaurants. The house itself is very comfotable, amazing, suprising :) cozy, definetly worth to go back again! Everything what you need is right there! Kioto is a beautiful town, must see in Japan! We spent 3-nights in Kyoto for a family trip. Both my parents and my son enjoyed the stay, very clean and comfortable. Prepared everything we need during the stay. Japanese breakfast set is delicious. Location is good as well, quiet neighborhood with good choices of Japanese cuisine. Acceptable walking distance to the subway station.

Hosts were phenomenal, friendly, neat, and made themselves available to answer any questions and to simply make sure everyone felt at home. The whole place was kept tidy at all times and provided excellent space to meet people. The place was also surprisingly soundproof and offered a nice window into experiencing the city through the design of the hostel.
