Big plus for communication, responsiveness, and service recovery We'd checked in early to unmade beds due to a miscommunication between the owners and cleaning service. However, they were able to arrange cleaners within the hour, and also gifted us macaroons and a matcha roll as a goodwill apology which was unexpected and a nice gesture. Prior to that, we also had an issue where the provided passcode was incorrect but it was quickly resolved. In both instances when we reached out, responses were extremely prompt within the minute. One of the older reviews mentioned there was no hot shower on the upper floors, glad to say this was not our experience, and there was hot water on all floors.
