Hosts Phylicia & her husband went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and weren't missing anything. Easy check in and convenient location if you have a car. Highly recommended!

Manager was kind and helpful when our room flooded, moving us and our things to another (bigger) room. They also washed and dried our clothes that were caught in the flood. When things go wrong, all you need is for a place to step up, resolve the situation with minimal fuss and do their best, and that's what they did at Villelodge.
