For a family with kids it was nice that sofa-bed for kids was in a separate room. Very nice outdoor environment - a lot of space for running, playing, there was a sand box and a slide for a very small child. The territory had a fence, so no problem to leave the door open that the kids could go out and be in the yard with no risk that they will go to the street. In general the place is very private, no neighbours yet. You can have with kids as much noise as you want and nobody will be disturbed. The landlady was very nice and warm. We actually were the first clients and were a bit sceptical to book a place with no previous comments from the former clients. But everything was brand new, well thought, the kitchen had all the necessary: microwave, stove, silverware, plates, cups. Towers and linen were also provided. We really enjoyed the stay!

The high ceiling makes it light and cosy at the same time. Even on hot days it is cool and comfortable. We can recomend it to everyone, eventhough there is no elevator. City is near in walking distance.
