The location was great. Felt secluded but was an easy walk into the village. There are small supermarkets within walking distance and also a variety of restaurants too. We liked the restaurant at the top end of town - it was attached to a hotel and spa. We self catered a lot of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped for all cooking. We stocked up on supplies at the large Continente supermarket in Lanhoso - on our way there. A lot of thought has gone into the small touches etc. It was spotlessly clean! Susana and Tomas very friendly and welcoming. I needed medical attention and Susana helped me with organising that. Nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciated the cheese and bottle of rose on our arrival. We liked the restaurant at the top end of town- the one attached to a hotel and spa. O The air conditioning worked really well and was needed as for the first two days it was over 38 degrees! Overall - a wonderful stay!

Very nice apartment for four people, everything you need, peace and quiet, nice swimming pool with clear water and with a nice view of the mountains and lakes, but a little far from the city, you need a car. I recommend!

Amazing location, most clean house/ stay I have ever been to. They provided everything you needed including, towels, fruit, garage, nearby attractions, etc. The host made us an amazing red berry pie as a warm welcome. Provided us with a quality, luxurious stay. As a host myself, I recommend this house and experience!
