EVERYTHING!! This chalet deep in the mountain valley of Lake Bohinj is like finding a rare gemstone that is one of a kind. It is truly like being in Fairytale. The location, the amenities, the comfort, the attention to every little detail is outstanding in every respect. We have nothing but admiration for the dedication to quality and the theme of this lovely place. We feel fortunate to have stayed here and have promised each other a return visit when we don't get the rain. This place feels like we belong and are extremely happy with our visit here.

Love having our own space for our family. It was so quiet on this side of the lake, no light pollution, millions of stars at night, hiking right from our doorstep. Three bathrooms is a rare find! It was ample space for our family too.

The welcome from Jani and Doris was very friendly. The did everything to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They had a lot of tips on places to go in Slovenia. The house was very very very clean and the garden was perfect. The location is wonderful if you like the mountains and the peace at 1000m altitude. We could live there for the rest of our lives... We absolutely loved it, and Jani and Doris to :-)

Postaja Mir was a perfect choice to spend a week in nature, away from noise and disturbance. The cabin offered a rustic, old fashioned feel we like a lot; it’s incredibly soothing to be surrounded by wood but also have everything you need to get along. We especially enjoyed the location, went on hikes and chilled out in the garden every afternoon when the sun came out. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are comfortable, have all the tools you’d need and are easy to keep clean even on a longer stay. We felt calm and secure, hope to return someday.

The host is lovely, accommodating and warm and provided us with everything we needed, including bath robes for the sauna use. The breakfast includes a lot of variety and daily fresh juice. We got an extended explanation of all facilities in the cottage, and really everything you can think about was present! Staff was friendly. Free parking available. Private hot tub and sauna for 20e euro (per couple). It's quiet and nicely located. In Ukanc not much facilities. Vogel cable car closeby. Restaurants reachable by car (or bike) in nearby villages. Free bikes and SUPs available. Room: small with a big balcony (see attached picture). Would stay here again.
