This place was great and we really enjoyed the private pool. The lady who met us when we got there was very nice and showed us around. It's not a big property so easy to navigate outside your villa. The amenities were good, nice space inside the villa. There is a grocery store very close by along with food stalls and an awesome cocktail stall.

The location was good in terms of the area - had nice restaurants and cafes nearby- but not easy to walk around. However, the hosts are super helpful with booking cabs/taxis to wherever we want! The villa was very comfortable and spacious - perfect for large groups. The rooms are placed in a way where you can all gather in no time yet have enough privacy. We loved the villa overall!

I have just spent 8 nights at Paradise Island and did not want to leave. The villa is in a well-landscaped, secure compound, with a parking space right beside it. The perimeter of the villa is enclosed by fencing and a big red gate so you can really enjoy the privacy of your own beautiful garden and pool. Jean-Pierre is a friendly, professional host who communicated well from booking to departure, greeted me warmly on arrival and departure and was available via text throughout the week for questions or problems (of which I had none). The villa is very well-maintained, comfortably furnished and attractively decorated with Thai-themed pictures and ornaments. Everything was clean and fresh, the kitchen well-equipped and the TV had Netflix, YouTube etc. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and there is a third off the living area. There is aircon and a ceiling fan in every room and all the windows have lockable mosquito screens. The bed was so comfortable and the curtains blocked out the early morning light so it was easy to sleep in. There were several local restaurants and a big grocery store within 5 minutes' walk and the whole area of Rawai / Nai Harn had a good vibe about it. I'll definitely be back!

Host is very friendly and helpful, helped us with longtail boat rent to island and taxi rent to airport, always reachable and ready to help with any questions, very polite 👍🙂
