The location is in a nice area and close to the beach with a semi-private beach and not far from the communal swimming pool. The place was reasonably new looking and fairly clean. Nice food was available for both UK and local taste at a good price. I had to give it 6 out of 10 due to the below but if the issues were resolved with a couple of days work and a bit more honesty in the advert it could easily get 10 out of 10.

Host Boi and his family are welcoming, friendly and very humorious people! They have bicycles for free to use, it´s very clever way to explore the city. FYI, If you are planning to travel Koh Mak island, Boi offers accommodation there also.

If you are ever in Trat or want to go to the islands this would be a great place to stay in the old quaint part of town.
