The location is in a nice area and close to the beach with a semi-private beach and not far from the communal swimming pool. The place was reasonably new looking and fairly clean. Nice food was available for both UK and local taste at a good price. I had to give it 6 out of 10 due to the below but if the issues were resolved with a couple of days work and a bit more honesty in the advert it could easily get 10 out of 10.

Everything worked well, hot water, air con and fan etc.The lady that runs the guesthouse is very pleasant and helpful. A songthaew leaves from the property for the piers to the islands every day at 10am.. very useful. Good value.

Loved the seating areas outside of each “bungalow”. Beds are definitely on the firm side in true Thai fashion but I find it very comfortable :-) Hosts are very friendly and sorted transportation for us to Koh Chang Pier at short notice :-) I definitely would stay here again :-)

They serve french breakfast with brioche toast and excellent coffee at their coffee shop. The whole place is very charming. We enjoyed very much our stay. We recommend 100%.
