Furthermore, they are super equipped and the private pool offers an oasis of relaxation with breathtaking sea views. The private chef service completes the experience, pampering guests with delicious dishes that delight the senses and tantalize the palate. The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.

The house is the perfect gateway for visiting the island as it is well connected (but you need a driver) with the north, the south and the capital. The common spaces are huge and modernly furnished. The added value is represented by the staff: the house manager, the chef and the cleaning ladies were extremely helpful and the chef cooked amazing dinners. Definitely I recommend this property for a group of friends or a large family

We were met by friendly staff and always willing to help with a smile. This beautiful beach house accommodates more than enough people and perfect for families. With a stroll down the beach you will find an abundance of resorts and restaurants to have a good lunch or a nice sunset drink. The swimming pool makes the difference as to cool down during the day and having a cold beer.. or two.

Excellent property and Alice from the Zanzibar Houses Office management was very easy to deal with. Suleyman was accessible throughout the stay and Sule (the stay-in security guy) was also respectful of our requests for privacy as a family. Rahmah the cleaning lady was amazing and the property was super clean everyday. Chef was also accommodating of our requests and made some excellent pancakes. If you like sunsets, it is a dream come true! :-)

We liked the beachfront very much. The villa is spacious, well divided and comfy. The view is amazing at the ground floor and at the bedroom upstairs. The garden is very nice. The simple furniture and design fit the nature of the place very well. We would like to thank Ismail very much, without him our stay would have been difficult. Ismail is a great asset, he is multi-skilled, very committed, dedicated, honest & trustworthy. He helped us with everything and guided us during our stay. His help extended beyond his duties and he did everything with much care.

Very fresh, modern and clean villa with minimalistic and instagramable design. swimming pool with comfortable water, and you can dive inside it directly from one of the room. Our main love is Asma, who make us tasty breakfast everyday, she is very pretty! and our manager Sule help us a lot! ocean is very close to villa, about 3 min. highly recommend this villa!

Nice house in front of the ocean! There is a lot of privacy, each room (3 bedrooms) has is bathroom which is awesome and the upstairs terrace is great for seeing the sun come up or go down, well done! Kitchen has basic needs (and oven, superplus!) however not super overequipped (only 6 glasses for 6 people etc), but hey, that's not what holiday is about! The staff was superfriendly (thanks Jacky and Fadhil and the rest)!
