It was perfect for our group of parents looking for a place to stay while our kids were on their school field trip exploring the area. We had everything we needed in this beautiful, clean, spacious home. Location was great for the things we wanted to do. We hope to return in the summer months.

The location is a bit remote however I was aware of it when booking so it wasn't a surprise (15 min to crossing Croatan Highway and Colington Road). It's in a gated community. There are no shops nearby. You always have to take the car. Neighbour is very friendly. Location at the Canal is great. We enjoyed a coffee at the water every day.

Loved the location, you could walk to anything you needed. It was clean and the decor was adorable. I thought that the property not having towels, linens, toilet paper, or paper towels would be a hassle, but it really wasn’t. We just packed up stuff from home, no biggie.

The location was excellent. Close to everything, but secluded and quiet. The shady yard was wonderful. Plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing between excursions.

As the host has just started renting it out some things might not be perfect yet but when you need anything he will make sure to get it immediately (We needed extra sheets for the sofa to use and a kettle and we got everything right away.) Communion was perfect, easy to find and get in. There are even two bikes you can use, the kitchen is small but stocked with everything you need. We had a great stay. The bed was VERY comfortable, and I slept like a baby! We loved the location; just outside our 2nd floor room was the nice porch with chairs and a perfect view of the beach. Loved it. We had plenty of privacy, and the other visitors were friendly when we met them on the porch areas. We plan to go back this September.
