Very comfortable in a lovely cottage garden setting.
Lovely cottage and great location. 6 of us (2 adults 4 young kids) and it had everything we needed, evenings by the cosy log burner were fantastic!
Cotswold Retreat is a beautiful detached cottage with land just outside the village of Great Tew. The cottage has elegant interiors and tasteful furnishings. The log fire was easy to use and kept us cosy. There are beautiful views of the countryside from the garden. Lisa was extremely helpful. Thank you for all the detailed information. We look forward to our next visit.
The location was wonderful, the path towards the cottage gave such secret-y/witchy vibes. It was only a short busride from the city of Oxford. Supermarkets were also not far away and could be reached by a nice, longer walk or by bus. The host surprised us with some breakfast ingredients (which were not part of the booking), which we very much appreciated! The cabin was super cozy!
No breakfast as self catering but beautiful cottage very idyllic hosts are very helpful and friendly just absolutely perfect
Really lovely cosy little lodge, all basic self catering facilities, very clean and well thought out. Loved sitting outside on the chairs in the evening. Felt peaceful with the surrounding trees. Perfect and we will be back again definitely.
A beautifully decorated and presented cottage tucked away from it all in a picturesque village. Quiet and cosy with luxury touches such as a hot tub. Country walks on the doorstep and a friendly village pub serving quality food. Perfect for a romantic break.
Charmingly cosy hotel in genuinely old cottages tucked away in an alley that offers a quiet retreat while being in the very middle of town. The rooms are out of at least a couple of centuries ago but warm and comfortable. There is a generous and good quality continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
The Rose & Crown is in an idyllic, quiet village of thatched cottages and pretty gardens, a stone's throw from the beautiful parish church, with unspoilt countryside for miles around. The pub itself is light and atmospheric, traditional but immaculately well kept and tastefully decorated. The rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed.
