This restored 12th-century castle is equipped with free WiFi throughout. Its rooms include a TV, and private bathroom with free toiletries. It has wood-beamed ceilings and elegant country-style furnishings. The apartment was very large with lots of windows and a great view. The location was near to both Pienza and San Quirco for meals. The bed was very comfortable and it was really quiet at night to sleep. The grounds were very well maintained and lovely. The staff was so friendly and accommodating.

It was a nice surprise in our trip, we chose Salvadonica after deciding to stay outside of Florence and reading the reviews from other guests. The property is amazing, close enough of the city, assuming you are driving, and allows some quiet time in the countryside.

The farmhouse is run by a young Italian couple and has been carefully restored to offer a swimming pool and Tuscan restaurant serving traditional cuisine and a wide range of wines. The estate also contains a charming living room with a fireplace and 3 dining rooms furnished in a country style according to the owners’ creative tastes. Picturesque place, clean and comfy room. One of the best stay!

It is a stunning location,  a lovely and peaceful sanctuary to come back to after a busy day battling crowds in the tourist destinations.  We stayed for a week and found the apartment very cozy and comfortable. Luca is the perfect host, friendly and helpful, genuinely down to earth. I couldn't recommend more, and will be recommending to everyone

A lovely, family owned and run getaway that was extremely well organized and elegant. The bed was very comfortable, room well-appointed, and a beautiful spot perfect for quiet reflection. The family was super nice and spoke enough English to make us feel comfortable. Would have liked to stay longer!
