It is about a 3km walk into the city centre, or a short bus ride, which was our preference because Kandy is quite busy. It is situated up on a hill so you can enjoy beautiful views from your room. There is a little terrace outside the room where you can sit and enjoy a coffee. The room itself was big, comfortable and clean, with double doors that opened up onto the terrace. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The owners were the best part of our stay here. They made us a delicious and very filling breakfast every morning in their kitchen. It felt very comfortable and wholesome. They gave us suggestions on what to check out in Kandy and told us which buses to take to get there (go to the Botanical Gardens, you will not regret it). We liked it so much here that we stayed an additional night.

Breakfast is included and it's great, home made. I had lunch too which was sumptuous, like a feast and all very nominal in price. The room is on a slope/hill, so the view from the balcony outside the room is nice with a lot of trees.

The host is such a lovely and interesting person with the loveliest dogs! We recommend 100%!!! The stay is remote, it's a really nice place to be, relaxing and quiet, surrounded by nature.
