Breakfast provisions were excellent and some items were home made. Rooms were spotless and bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent and so quiet and peaceful. Especially loved the Sunroom. Hosts were so lovely. Will definitely be going back again to stay

The gardens are gorgeous with many areas to sit and enjoy. we enjoyed a evening around one of the fire pits amongst the box hedges and apple and pear trees. The location is close by to Launceston and many interesting small towns.
