It is very peaceful in a remote village but close to the pier, the fjord river boat service, an excellent (and very popular) cafe, a small craft shop and an excellent gelateria. Some accommodation has good fjord views from their balcony, whilst trees have grown to block views from others. The chalets are spacious and bedding, towels and toiletries are provided. Easy parking outside your chalet. An excellent electric bike hire operates close by.
