Spotless. The staff could not have been more helpful sorting out a few things. Location excellent - 5 minute walk from the main area but was also very quiet and an oasis of calm. Thank you!

This is a very small guesthouse in a very quiet area. The house is spotlessly clean as is the room and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Although the bathroom is small everything functioned and there is plenty of hot water. The owner is a very pleasant and helpful person and very welcoming.

Excellent location within a walking distance from the center/shops/restaurants/cafes, but still quiet at night and 1 min from the ocean where you can walk on the beach. We were welcomed with delicious chocolate muffins. The lady who owns the place is absolutely lovely - super friendly and welcoming, gave us her WhatsApp if we had questions. Bed is comfy, place is clean and has a large window. Exactly as advertised. Very safe, properly locks with a gate. Punta arenas is generally very safe.

Really clean and quiet hostel. Communal areas were comfortable and plenty of space. Room was perfect - hot shower. There was a good breakfast in the morning with coffee, yoghurt, bread, meats, cheese. Centre of town was a 10-15min walk from hostel. There were lots of restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets close by. Friendly staff and despite the language barrier we communicated with google translate for help. Hostel offered laundry and stored a bag for us while we went trekking.

We stayed for only one night, but it was a quiet and peaceful one. The place - quite simple - was near the airport (my choice) and away from the city. The host (Angelo) was very attentive and helpful and always willing to make an extra effort. He even drove us downtown for a late dinner. Pick-up at the airport worked out perfectly. Breakfast was very good.
