This apartment was in the perfect location to explore Cadiz. Minutes from the cathedral, the central market and the park and beach, there were also several grocery stores and restaurants close by. It was quiet and gave me the space and luxury of being able to spend relaxing days at "home" when I wanted to. I loved watching the sunset at the beach most nights. The staff was very helpful and helped me with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Argantonio was everything I had hoped it would be: small, friendly, homely, comfortable, discreet and full of character. We absolutely adored it! Perfect location in the old city and so peaceful and quiet.

The area is peaceful and quiet with the St Felip Neri building visible from the balcony. A local cafe with traditional breakfast of coffee and different kinds of rolls with delicious combinations. Large clean room, very pretty, in a great old building with interesting art work. A lift! It was easy to walk to the historical monuments and the beach, and so learn and see the history of the town. Museum and Roman Theatre were exceptional. The beach was nice, quiet Atlantic ocean views, with clean sand and shells

I had the best time here. It is such a peaceful quiet place in the nature. Just what I was looking for. The hosting family lives next door and is super welcoming and helpful and answers any questions very rapidly and friendly. I am really sad so be leaving after almost 3 weeks. Hope to be back soon. A car equipped for rural paths is a must for this accommodation.

The apartment was very unusual and included a small and shady private terrace. It was part of an old converted house, in the old town, close to the sea and all the interesting sights. Our landlord, Jose, and his sister, Letitia, were both extremely helpful and friendly, so we really felt like guests rather than tenants. It was quiet and peaceful, despite being on quite a busy street, with shops and bars close by.

Perfect location: in the old town, a stone’s throw from everything, yet quiet and peaceful. Diego is an excellent host, responsive and accomodating, who doesn’t hesitate to search for information to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Fantastic boutique hotel - if you want to escape crowds of big hotels and dive into a luxurious hideaway, this place is for you. I had a big quiet room, there were no noises from the main street during the night. All personnel was incredibly welcoming and helpful! The hotel is located just in the heart of the oldtown so reached all places on foot, the main shopping streets are just 50m away. This hotel does not offer parking so parked a car in underground parking called Canalejas near hotel.

Two things stand out: the attractive conversion of an historic palace into a contemporary styled hotel, plus the excellent and very helpful staff. we enjoyed our stay, the location is very central but in a quieter side street so we slept peacefully. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Such a lovely cheerful welcome from the receptionist. The location is brilliant. It's near everything. Don't expect luxury. It is a Hostal. But it's clean, has a comfy bed, a good shower, it's quiet even though it's bang in the middle of everything, a stones throw from the bus/train station (9 mins on foot). When we come again we will stay here again. Its very reasonably priced.
