Super cute and rustic, we had the whole building to ourselves, but I could see where it may be loud if you were sharing with others. The door and hallways are creaky. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Friendly cleaning lady, and patient breakfast staff (in the hotel). Location is quite good -- quiet village not far from the turning up to Covadonga. But I would stay in Cangas de Onis next time.

It's a small boutique hotel situated at the foot of a trail leading up to the monastery. Very quaint and quiet with a nice yard outside and a view of the monastery. If you want to get away from the crowds then this is the place. The bed is comfortable and the room size was good for 2 people. We had room 2 which had a nice view of the monastery. Body wash and soap is available Jorge was friendly enough and check in went smoothly.

Great location in the mountains right at the entrance to the Covadonga lakes area where you can pick up the bus ( and buy tickets) or drive into the park - although you have to enter before 7.30am and the road is long, narrow and very twisty so the bus is more relaxing. Also next to the Basilica. Enormous room, bed and bathroom. Quiet.

Our room was on the top floor with ceiling windows such that natural light could seep into the room. Very clean room and quiet surroundings for a good night sleep. We could not stay for breakfast because we wanted to enter the lakes before it is closed off to cars. The hotel packed simple picnic food the night before so we could have it as breakfast the next day.

The rural house was extraordinary. We were enjoying every bit of it. First of all, it was in a very good location, 7-10 minutes away by walking to Covadonga. The room was clean and had all the facilities which we were expecting for. Furthermore, the staff was very nice and helpful. As well it was quiet, had a good and peaceful rest. Last but not least breakfast - was not anything special, however, like most of the rural houses, we had different options to choose from it was simple but tasty.
