Ashdown Park is a beautiful property with wonderful staff. It was a quiet and rejuvenating location with beautiful scenery. we loved the views and decor in the drawing rooms and breakfast rooms. Also the chapel was a lovely space to admire. We appreciated the time Paul took to show us the intricacies of the stained glass.

Such a lovely area to explore - locally for the shops, as well as the beautiful countryside and Pooh Corner etc :) A nice pub / restaurant. We only had a drink in the evening here and breakfast in the morning, but the breakfast was great, so I'm sure the food in the evenings is too.

Prior to our stay, we were forewarned about a party taking place on the evening of our stay and were offered a quieter room, which we took. Also staff were very helpful when my husband discovered he had left his jacket in the room. The hotel packed it up and forwarded it on for us.
