Formerly the rectory for the parish of Upper Sheringham, this Victorian grade II Listed building is set in its own 4 acres of stunning parkland. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the shops and the beach. It was quiet, and the bed was really comfy. Perfect amount of space to set up the dog bed.

Great location - looks like it is on the main road but it set back in a court yard, so very quiet. Off road parking to the back of the property which is very handy in Sheringham. A big space - fully equipped kitchen, all open plan living/dining and kitchen. Big bedroom, massive bathroom with both walk in shower and huge deep luxurious bath which we took full advantage off after walking to Cromer and back

The location & it being so quiet. The cosiness and equipment, though please see comments below too. Handy train station car parking at £34 for a week. Less than if you book to leave a car at an airport secure car park all week.

Loved the location on a quiet road but close to amenities and the coast path. The apartment was warm, bright, clean, and comfortable. The plentiful supply of coffee pods was much appreciated. Lisa was very helpful and responded to my enquiries within minutes. The off-street parking was a bonus, as was the small outside patio/seating area. We would most definitely stay here again.

A truly lovely guest house in a fantastic location. Just 10 minutes walk from the train station, main town & beach & located in a really quiet street. The owners were lovely & welcoming, breakfast was brilliant with great options everyday & the whole place was so clean & nicely decorated. Perfect!
