This place exceeded all expectations! Great farm setting with a very nice room! Hosts were very welcoming and made you feel right at home. The breakfast was a FULL english breakfast. The breakfast alone was well worth the stay.

Lovely hotel in quiet location. Beside Charlecotr Park and Manor. Spacious rooms , good parking . Very comfortable and only a short drive to Stratford.

The location was perfect for me, quiet little village, so peaceful. But within a short travelling distance you have everything you could want or expect from visiting the Cotswolds. 15 minutes from Stratford upon Avon. And right in the heart of some beautiful Cotswold villages with plenty to do and see.

Really quiet location, set back from the road behind a field. Only a 20 minute walk into Stratford and on a regular bus route. We felt we had the benefits of a countryside stay with amenities nearby. Local Spar is well stocked with Cook meals which came in handy when we didn’t want to venture out. We enjoyed using the vintage record player and selection of vinyl.
