Guests have free parking spots. The property is 5 minutes walk from the beach of Vourvourou, so if you wake up early you can go and see the amazing sunrises. The view from the balcony is also fantastic. This is a wonderful vacation home and is close to some of the best beaches in Sithonia.

The house is clean and well maintained. Not all rooms have private bathrooms, but there are additional common bathrooms, so they were more than enough for a group of 8 people. The private parking is very convenient, so, even though some 20 minutes driving is needed to visit the beaches we chose, this was not a problem for us. The host and the cleaning staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. The house has lots of open space in the gardens and around the pool.

It's less than three walking minutes to the beach, there's plenty of space for parking on the large property, you can sit comfortably on the veranda. The owners are very friendly, we felt like we were visiting friends. Vourvourou is a great location, you can easily reach the beaches on both sides of Sithonia and the hiking routes in the mountains.

Very peaceful and quiet place for those who likes this kind of atmosphere. There are two newly built villas mainly from wood so you can even smell it. There a lot of other stuff available for general use, such as sun beds and matrasses, umbrellas and grill (which we used a lot in the evening).
