The location is a nice distance away from central Ubud, however everything you might need is easily accessible including spa, dining, and refreshment options. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and respectful. Overall, Cloud Nine offered an experience to remember and we could not recommend it more. From the little touches, like the welcome drink, to the thoughtful perks, such as the awesome pool view or delicious breakfast, this made an amazing place for a honeymoon. Beautiful property. The area is surrounded by trees and flowers with a clean and large pool. It’s a very quiet area where you see many locals around too. There is a small shop on the corner to grab water and some essentials. The room is super clean and just esthetically beautiful. The decor is like something you’d see on a instagram bali page. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. It’s fantastic value for money would highly recommend to anyone who has a baby to stay. There is no cot but the bed is big enough for 3 for a couple of nights.
