The setting is serene, just beautiful. It's very quiet, and an extremely good deal (at least when I booked it). Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, good bed, and very little light pollution for the northern lights

It was a quiet peaceful stay. I didn't expect the interior to be so warm and cozy, and well-stocked with cooking tools, utensils, and free coffee and tea. The bathroom and bedroom were cleaner and bigger than I expected. The other guests were very friendly as well. We saw stars and the nordic lights.

The place is very quiet. It was so relaxing and wonderful to sit in the arm chair in a chilly afternoon or in the morning with a cup of coffee at the big window with a beautiful view!!!! The host visited guests in the morning, answering questions about the local destination and simply told interesting stories about local life. The stay at that farm house was quiet and enjoyable.

Very good location for exploring the west fjords. A quiet and peaceful place on the outskirts of Reykholar. The host is welcoming and helpful. The facility itself and the room clean and well-kept, large kitchen and an additional shared dining room and living room. Beautiful surroundings, you can easily reach the nearby hot springs and take advantage of the local "municipal swimming pool". The local Iceland museum is also highly recommended. The facility itself also had a mini hot water pool and a steam sauna.

Fairly isolated at the entrance to the West Fjorsd, this was a great place to stay. We were put into one of the cottage units and really enjoyed the room, the big porch and the peace and quiet. Beds were super comfortable and the local restaurant was quite good, it was great to have a decen draft beer at the end of a long day hiking and driving! Very, very friendly staff that went out of their way, providing us with lots of boiling water for our thermos (to make tea9´) for our excursions.
