Beautiful amazing restored Masseria run by a warm and welcoming family, who are always available and energetic to help with any questions - such as where to eat, how to park in the town, watch beaches to go to, etc. We will absolutely return and highly recommend for anyone traveling to this area. Breakfast: great! Swimming pool: beautiful - looks like an ancient Roman bath. Decor: out of magazine. Beds and rooms - Super comfortable and clean.

Raffi was a wonderful host. She was always available to us if we had questions. A walk on the country road that wraps around this large property, is a must. You will find olive trees, almond trees, fig trees, and if the right time of year, prickly pears.

My family and I stayed at Tenuta Martinelli for 6 days and loved every minute of it! The property is really beautiful and the owners are very hands on and helpful. They served a delicious breakfast with home made cakes every morning. The room was spacious and clean. We loved all the beautiful details with the vintage Fiat 500s, the beautifully decorated villa, the pool area and the garden. It's a peaceful oasis, just outside Monopoli. The nearby beach is also great, with good cliff diving for our teenagers. Would definitively stay here again!

An old masseria renovated with great care, filled with local interior accessories, maintained in the rustic minimal design convention. We occupied two junior suites on the ground floor and were the only guests of the hotel, which made us feel like a VIP. Each room was spacious with access to the outdoor terrace and a bathroom with chromotherapy and a comfortable shower. The room is high, which makes it seem even larger than its actual surface. The facility has recently been opened, but we will certainly come back to use the spa and gym zone on level minus 1, which is scheduled to be open in late autumn - it already looks impressive. We were happy to use the outdoor swimming pool and the recreational area around it. A large olive grove offers many arrangement possibilities for larger events. The hotel serves vegan breakfasts, although they could be a bit more varied, especially when you stay there for longer than a day or two. Croissants and coffee deserve separate praise. We took advantage of the hotel's offer and rented e-bikes with a guide (Probike Monopoli) to cover over 50 km in the beautiful surroundings on the way to Savelletri. We also went for an olive oil tasting (Scisci) and had great fun preparing pasta (orecchiette) with tomato sauce in the hotel kitchen under the watchful eye of a professional chef (Madia from Raparossa). Our arrival and stay was not without adventures. On the way from the airport, we had a tyre puncture, and the next day, during a bicycle trip, we urgently needed medical help and antihistamines after a bee sting. Fortunately, Giovanni, who is the main person running the masseria, showed great understanding and perfect help. He organized both the tire repair and the doctor. He recommended and booked restaurants in the area. He was constantly, imperceptibly present, and treated our needs individually and with great care.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the view is unbelievable and being able to be in one of the trulli without actually having to stay in Alberobello is to be honest a great advantage. The breakfast was also lovely and the property has a lot of diverse areas to chill in
