Wow!!! This was our best find so far on our trip around Italy 😍 Stefano is a fabulous host who lives to share his hospitality with guests. We felt immediately welcome, and after we were shown to our room we enjoyed a fabulous trattoria-style dinner in the onsite restaurant. It was so good we went again the second night! The rooms are wonderfully warm, comfortable and inviting, well-appointed with a beautiful view across the countryside to the sea. We truly hope to return!

Absolutely amazing place, located on the hill overlooking the town and sea. A very welcoming atmosphere and service made me feel at home. Great hosts and atmosphere. Swimming pool - just below the house, new and good for swimming and with a view of surrounding hills. Magic at sunset. Food - amazing restaurant - breakfast, and coffee on the terrasse. You can have a great dinner there as well. Book your place as it is a popular spot. The room was clean, everything worked, the bed was comfy, WIFI was good for my work. There is a common area where you can store things in the fridge, eat, play cards or drink grappa with friends. Big parking for cars.

Excellent location, close enough to the beach and overall quiet place. Leo was an outstanding host. We can't wait to go back year after year. Just a note that the railroad is nearby and you could occasionally hear the trains go by but the apartment is sufficiently sound proof when the windows are closed so we weren't much bothered with the trains passing.

Owner is very friendly, picked us up from the station en showed us around. Town-center and beach are very near. The room is very clean, quiet area, very nice shower. Perfect stay for our one night in San benedetto. No breakfast but pleanty of cafe's around or at the station.
