The views from the terrace and private pool over the surrounding hills and Monte Catria in the background are incredible. The house is totally secluded and quiet, but the you reach the next supermarket or the cosy piazza of Pergola in 5 min by car. We spent a week with two families and we enjoyed that the garden has several spots shaded by trees with deckchairs, hammocks etc, so that everyone could find his favourite place. We recomend to visit Urbino (45min by car) or Grotte die Frasassi (30min by car)!

    Beautiful quiet location with access to very quite roads for walking with only a very small number of guests. Host was very friendly and supplied us with plenty of suggestions of what to see, where to go and where to eat etc. The room had kitchen facilities as well so it was good to be able to cook for ourselves having spent the last 7 weeks eating at restaurants. We really appreciated this.
