We were made to feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble and it was the perfect way to relax after a day on the bullet train and walking round Hirosaki Park…… we stayed during the sekura festival, and it felt Like a really local experience. I would advise it’s much quieter than Tokyo and other cities so be prepared. Spotlessly clean and lots of extra thoughtful touches! Simply a perfect stay!

Hirosaki is prime apple growing area and was good to see these included in the many breakfast dishes on offer. Apple curry followed by apple ice cream, my new morning favourite. Lots of Western and Japanese dishes. Omelettes made to order. Breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. Location great, very near to station. I requested a quiet room, given a room on 11th floor and really was quiet. Didn’t hear anything. Beds and pillows very comfy, bathroom was good size, with lovely toiletries.johnYoung couple

There was an onsen in the building, and the breakfast buffet was great - especially if you like karage! Friendly and attentive staff, although unfortunately they didn't speak English. The room was basic but accomodating. The parking spots out front are not to be used, but a larger parking is available on the side.
