It was super clean and comfortable. We slept so well. The property is very relaxing and calm overall. It’s quite a fancy yet simple house. Senaka’s wife has been so nice with us. We had to change our plans last minute and she woke up early to prepare us a Sri Lanka breakfast and packed it for us. It was delicious ! Peaceful place surrounded by trees and my room was clean and spacious. I had a lovely ayurvedic massage on the day I arrived and a nice yoga session the next day (Booked separately upon arrival). There's also a nice small church within walking distance. The caretaker was very kind and hospitable. While the accommodation is located on the outskirts of Kandy (and is thus very quiet - a big plus in our opinion), the city centre and all the major sights are easily reachable by tuktuk. Our corner room with a balcony had a beautiful view over the river and the surrounding countryside. The breakfast - especially the fresh fruit - was delicious, varied and more than we could eat.
