It was wonderful. The place was clean, we had a everything we nedeed for 7 days. The yard is so beautiful. The house has a history and it is a objectiv by itself. You will not regret if you choose to stay here. We had private space and time for relax. It is a parking lot for yourself. It is a perfect place for 2 couples. Filipe, the owner, is ready with all the information that you need. It is a supermarket at 500 m. and a traditional restaurant.

Spacious, modern, beautiful appartment on the top floor with a terrace and gorgeous view of the ocean and the distant Deserted Islands. Situated in an elegant neighbourhood only 2 minutes from the motorway exit, making it an ideal base to explore the whole island by car. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen and the bathroom well equipped. The owner doesn't speak any English but welcomed us in a very friendly manner. Communication with the responsible lady was seamless in English via Booking.com chat before our stay, and she was very helpful and flexible regarding our special requests. This was our best holiday home ever, we will definitely stay here again if we return to Madeira.

We were pleased that our fellow guests also enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel, as there was very little noise. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of options. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Beautiful little property in a great location & the owner Dinis was really hopeful & kind. 2 mins drive to Camacha (good cheap supermarket there) & 20 mins drive from central Funchal. You do really need a car in Madeira to get the best out of it but there is a bud stop right outside the accommodation should you need it. Lovely garden for breakfast/ evening food & quiet location.

Outside areas are fantastic, with plenty of sitting & lounging facilities. Breakfast is fabulous. Our bedroom, though small, was comfortable and the en-suite excellent.
